At VceKini, we want every piece to feel as good as it looks.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

unworn
unwashed
in original condition
with tags and hygienic liners still attached
free from signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

VceKini does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Final Sale

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return. This may apply to select collections, discounted items, or products clearly identified as final sale at checkout.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary between 3-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
